Casa Emprios is a perfect choice if you want to combine both Catalan rural idyll and nearby villages. This wonderful holiday home is situated in very peaceful and beautiful surroundings with the Pyrenees in the background - but still within walking distance to a nearby and typical Catalan village. There is room for 10 people in the holiday house, and therefore it fits perfectly for two families who are on a holiday together.
This attractive holiday home is situated in a very hilly landscape - surrounded by hills with trees. Here there are almost no houses in sight, which gives a special and particularly relaxing atmosphere - there are no noisy neighbors, and you can enjoy your holiday to the full. Moreover, the views from the property are very beautiful and breathtaking, and it can be enjoyed from nearly anywhere on the site.
There has been put a lot of effort in the decoration of the house, and a characteristic part of the house are the many windows that are located around in the home, and it gives much light and good space. In the basement there is a very large family room, which includes a dining table, several sofa corners, a fireplace and other nice things. This will probably be the holiday’s natural meeting point. There is also a very modern and beautiful kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kitchen, microwave and other things. Finally, there is also a double room with en suite bathroom.
On the first floor there are 4 double rooms. The beds are made of wood and have a very classic design and are lovely soft. The rooms all have a sloping ceiling of wood, which gives a very spacious feeling. Here there are 2 bathrooms for sharing. There is also a bathtub.
The surrounding garden is very well kept and appears green and healthy. There are planted some trees around the house. One thing that will surely be a hit is the 32 m2 large swimming pool. Here you can really relax in the heat: Enjoy the warm sun at full blast next to the pool, and when it gets too hot, you can take a swim in the cooling water. In the garden there is a covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue. Here it is perfect to cook and enjoy your homemade meals.
The owners farm is about 100 meters from the house, so they are always available to help and they are English-speaking. It is also possible for the children to visit the animals. If the wind direction is towards the house, the smell of farm might occur.
Also there is only 3 km to the nearest village, where you find a butcher/grocery store, bakery and restaurant.
