This unique holiday place, Can Soledad, is actually a small village that the owners have changed and renovated throughout the years and it has now been changed into 4 lovely holiday apartments.

In the common area outside Can Soledad, lies the large swimming pool (6x10 meters), which is not only great for a swim but also very safe for the children as there are roman steps at the end of the pool, meaning you can safely and soundly enter the swimming pool. Furthermore, if you don’t fancy a day by the pool, but would rather relax and read your book, you can do so as well – there’s a lovely reading room. Besides the lovely pool area and the great reading room, the property has several different terrace areas where most of them have cover from the sun, which is very nice during the sunny days.

Can Soledad-Oliva 2P is the smallest of the apartments with only one double bedroom. The double bedroom is equipped with a double bed. In continuation of the bedroom, there’s a nice ensuite bathroom with shower. The apartment has a lovely living room with some great side arrangements, such as a nice table where you can have dinner while you’re enjoying the extraordinary view. Besides the lovely dining table and view, the living room is also equipped with a TV. The kitchen lies in the continuation of the living room and is very well-equipped. Outside, under the splendid olive tree, you have your very own private terrace. The Wi-Fi covers the entire property and all apartments.    

Can Soledad mean ’being alone’ and this is a very fitting description: You can enjoy a private holiday, accompanied with fantastic nature, at 800 meters altitude. The property is in the mountains with the most extraordinary view over the valley and the ‘Noguera river’, which runs through the hills and later adjacent to the Ebro river. The area is optimal for all kind of hikes, and furthermore, there’s plenty of opportunities to do water sports on the river and at the lake by Tallarn. This is truly an extraordinarily beautiful area.

An alternative way to explore the spectacular landscape is by train. The train runs by the edge of the river. In one direction you have the regional capital Lleida, whereas the opposite direction will take you to the wonderful mountain village Pobla de Segur. The train stops 9 km from Can Soledad. If you wish to go out for lunch or dinner or maybe go shopping, the best option is the lovely city Tremp, which is located only 20 minutes from Can Soledad. Furthermore, you can also visit the house owners well-preserved wine cellar, where there might even be a chance to arrange a wine tasting.

The owners live on the property and they’re of course very helpful and can give you much great advice regarding activities and the local area. The owners also offer paid meals in the dining hall.
