La Techall is an ideal place for a relaxed stay in the middle of the nature with no nearby neighbours. Enjoy the 3.000 m2 garden, the swimming pool, the terrace and the beautiful views, and still, the nearest village is only 5 km. away, so you will have easy access to baker, supermarket and a very nice restaurant.
The house has a capacity for 10 people distributed in 4 nice bedrooms, two double and two triples. In the double rooms, there are double beds, and in the triple rooms, there are 3 single beds. There are two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a kitchen-dining room.
In the living room you find sofas, fireplace, TV, DVD, table with four chairs, cupboard with information about the area, and some books for children. There is no WIFI, but in the village, they have WIFI in the café.
In the kitchen you will find a lot of equipment such as dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee makers, microwave, toaster and blender.
The house was built in 1910 and restored in 1992 with respect for the original architecture. La Techall gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Catalan nature as it is surrounded by forests and by cultivated fields. This landscape gives you a lot of possibilities to explore it on foot or on bicycle.
If you just want to enjoy life with a coffee or a glass of wine, there are three porches, the barbecue grill and in front of the house there is a lawn with space for playing and ball games. There are also a lot of toys for children and table tennis at your disposal.
If you like the nature, the garden has several Oaks and Pines, aromatic plants as rosemary and thyme and when it is the season, mushrooms and some fruit trees.
Below the terrace, there is more than 3000 square meters of lawn suitable for all kinds of playing for kids and adults and at the end of the field there is the very nice swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters, fenced for the protection of small children and roman steps for easy entering.
Enjoy the sunrise and sunset in beautiful surroundings, and still with Barcelona less than 1,5 hours away, and a lot of activities in the area. Please ask for our activity document.
Another nice excursion is a drive to the beaches of Costa Brava, which can also be reached in 1,5 hours, for instance combined with the city of Girona, and do not forget the market day in Vic (25 minutes) with Catalonia’s biggest food and vegetable market taking place Tuesdays and Saturdays.
