The holiday home’s outdoor area is made up of more than 4000 square meters and includes a rooftop terrace of 120 square meters. The rooftop terrace has a stunning panoramic view of the area, with the Garraf mountain range peeking in the far background. It is the perfect place to enjoy the warm evenings with a glass of local wine. You will also find the cozy outdoor chill-out area, located just by the pool. The area has shaded sunbeds and tables, where you can lie and relax in the warm weather. There is also a wooden porch with a jacuzzi with room enough for up to 4 adults! We imagine that you will spend plenty of your time here.
The large BBQ area is another great feature of the outdoor area, where you can enjoy outdoor cooking. Right by the BBQ area there is a covered outdoor porch with a long table and seats all 26 guests - the perfect place to enjoy your home cooked meals with the entire group. There is also a second porch, which can be fully covered for shade. Here you will find plenty of sofas and lounge chairs, where you can really get comfortable and relax.
The house has a charming living room, with lounges and a television and even an original fireplace. The living room is connected to the dining room which has a large table with space for 26 people. There is a charming and fully equipped kitchen, which even has an extra fridge and freezer for large groups so that all supplies can be stored. The house has a total of 9 bedrooms, with 8 of the bedrooms being double rooms, and last but not least the childrens room located in the attic. This bedroom has 4 bunk beds and 2 single beds, and is the perfect room for children. Right outside this room you will find the amazing game room, which is the perfect place for hanging out and having some fun with the family. The room is set up for darts, pool, cards, and board games.
Masia de Trabeña is located only a short drive from the beaches of Sitges, so there is plenty of opportunity for day trips to the beach. Barcelona is also only a one hour drive away from the house, so it is also very easy to take a day trip to the buzzing city.
