Casa Pairet is a beautifully restored Catalan limestone house, situated within walking distance of the village nucleo.
With fields to three sides and only one neighbour, you can enjoy the beautiful Catalan scenery with the Pyrenees rising in the horizon, while relaxing at the terrace or cool down in the refreshing swimming pool.
The house has a capacity of 10+4 persons, distributed in 3 double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 single room. There is space for two extra beds and additionally, one sofa can be converted to a double bed. The entire house has WIFI-internet.
The ground floor has a game room with a table football, and corner with children furniture and games for children and a lounge area with TV and DVD. There is also a bathroom with shower, which can also be used to change for the pool.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor you find a lovely dining/living room with a long traditional dining table and a cozy sofa corner with two sofas.
- KITCHEN: vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (12 services), all the necessary cooking utensils and also for laying the table(dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc). Cupboard with cleaning utensils (broom, mop, bucket, etc). Iron and ironing board.
- DOUBLE ROOM: room with a 135 cm. bed.
SECOND FLOOR
- LIVING ROOM: There is a double sofa bed (135 cm) available when necessary (two-seater).
- BATHROOM
- 2 DOUBLE ROOMS
- 1 TRIPLE ROOM (with the possibility to put an extra bed)
- 1 SINGLE ROOM (with the possibility of two bedded room)
The garden is equipped with a small playground for the youngest, also with sandpit and the big attraction is of course the swimming pool, which is functional all-year round, as it is covered and heated in the off season. In the summer it is open. With direct access from the house, the outdoor terrace gives you the perfect place to relax and eat out. There is also a BBQ installed.
The Village
Five minutes walk away, you find a bakery, so you can have fresh bread and pastry in the morning and for other meals, the fantastic butcher can help you. There is also a grocery store and a restaurant in the village.
If you like a game of football or other ball games, the sport ground of the village is also situated within walking distance.
Activities
There is a lot of activities in the area (further described in our activity document) and you can easily make a daytrip to Barcelona or head down to the beach in Sitges by the new road from Manresa, also taking you through the winedistrict of Penedés.
